the econs test today wasn't too difficult, though time was lacking as 40minutes is never really enough for any essay test...
but that was perhaps the only high point of the day, which was filled with rather uninspiring lessons, and my throat gave me problems all through the day...
hopefully it won't destroy my Labour Day, and i can get my Econs IA portfolio in order...
and i might just be able to take friday off if i am so inclined, though i might not be 'cos week 8 will probably be more worth skipping...

Tuesday, 29 April 2008

the history test today wasn't my best showing, but it definitely revealed that i need to look at more questions than just the normal ones i do... i actually was faced with a lack of stuff to write for one of the essays, a rather uneasy situation to be in by any count...
at least that's over, and during study group today i managed to make notes for tomorrow's econs test...
had dinner at broadway after 2 weeks of not going there, and they still have the amazing 40cent drinks on offer...

it's finally midweek, and just one more day of school after tomorrow...
May Day plans anyone?

Monday, 28 April 2008

the week started on an ok note, with the first non-napfa pe lesson (where i played badminton with jim for half the lesson before going for an early break), a free english period in which i  sat in with the other half of the class in ms. jamie tan's lesson, and 2 hours of post-school history revision with gerald/justin...
i have a feeling i'll be staying back again tomorrow to mug for the econs test on wednesday, and then spend my labour day making sure my econs IA portfolio is in perfect shape so i can send it in for cross-marking early...
i think i'll be choosing the first 4 commentaries, since the 4th is my best work and it shows progress...

when you sat closer i could hardly act indifferent.

Sunday, 27 April 2008

cabbed to holland v after church to have lunch with sam/paul at Monster Mash, which meant i couldn't join josh/adriel for their screening of Zoolander x)
had some time to kill at home before heading out to Marche, VivoCity for dinner with han an/sean/gen/lucy/sarah...
one more outing next week to mark the end of my 18th birthday...

probably staying in school tomorrow to revise for the history test on tuesday, and hopefully i can have a good discussion with whoever decides to stay back as well...
then its econs on wednesday, and the pre-common test tests would be over, save for the other math test in week 9...

it's week 7, have a good one =)

and i remembered you saying it was great when our dates concurred/i was both surprised and elated.(:

Saturday, 26 April 2008

met sean/yewjin/han an/deon/javier at Essential Brew, Holland Village for lunch, then dessert at Frolick, and finally drinks at the Coffee Club, after which we parted ways, me to the north to get my hair cut so that they have nothing to go all nuts about on me on Monday...

i was actually jolted out of bed this morning by a call from the house of my economics teacher, and despite the reminder of school, i kind of don't wanna do anything academic this weekend, just because...
at least its only 4 days next week, none of them skip-able except for friday, which might be a bit obvious...

i honestly can't get your image outta my head.
i met mel/nic at raffles city this evening before we headed down to take a look at New York New York, picking gerald up on the way...
in the end the four of us decided on pasta at Marina Square instead, where jim/cheryl/joash joined us...
we headed to Anderson's for dessert, where elliot joined us just as the store was about to close, and we took off on a trek to the esplanade, where jim left on the way...
we finally headed to clarke quay, where we loafed around for about an hour, in which nic left, before picking Clinic as our joint of choice to chill for the rest of the night, which ended an hour or so later 'cos everyone was kinda out of it after the nonsense of week 6...

huge thanks to the 7 of ya'll who made this night memorable =)

my weekend is just beginning!

i quite literally felt my breath being taken away/i had never seen just how amazing u.r.

Friday, 25 April 2008

it's been a really great 17 hours into my 18th year, and i'm about to head out to meet a small group of my classmates who can make it this evening for dinner...
have been messaging non-stop for the past 2 hours arranging the next 2 days' stuff, so after my class outing, i'll be meeting deon/han an/sean/yewjin/javier tomorrow for lunch, sam/paul for lunch on sunday, and the combined lucy-sarah-me birthday dinner on sunday evening, and i think i'll be booking tickets for iron man next sunday for jake/adriel/josh/sam 'cos this coming week everyone's kinda busy...

thanks to six.nine for the delish cake, camwhoring and 2 songs x)
and to the rest of of ya'll who messaged/took pics/said hey along the corridors!

and i think i wrote a pretty good paper 2 essay just now, so that's a nice cherry on top of it all =)

there is NO work that's gonna be done this weekend, and i so deserve it after 6 weeks of madness!
now i understand why some ppl will watch it two or three times...
WE WILL ROCK YOU was abso-bloody-lutely amazing!

i'm 18!

Thursday, 24 April 2008

about to head out to We Will Rock You after the idol results show, and with slightly over 6 hours to go before i turn 18, i must say i've enjoyed my 17th year tremendously...

i'm can't wait for tomorrow! =)

Wednesday, 23 April 2008

got my math test marks back, and it was the inflexion point answer that stood between gerald/me and full scores, but no matter - there's one more test in week 9, which will probably be the real determinant of con camp...
that was a good pick-me-up in the middle of a rather dreary day, in which i handed in draft #3 of both World Lit Assignment 1 and TOK Essay, and with those out of the day (and World Lit Assignment 2 Draft 2 still in the protective hands of my world lit teacher), i began slogging through the rest of my math revision worksheets, managing to whittle the pile down to just 2 during SL3 free period and staying back in class after school till 5, when i had to leave to get home in time for AMI Broadway Night...
David Cook once more stole the show, and he definitely deserves to win...

so this evening i'll be finishing 2 more math revision worksheets, and beginning on my readings for Friday's English A1 Paper 2 test, the single assessment that, apart from the math portfolio, requires most time on my part...

and i just arranged to join some of my classmates who will be retaking certain napfa stations tomorrow; i've got to add 6cm to my SBJ score, and tomorrow's the LAST day (literally) i can meet the 17-yr-old mark before i turn 18 on friday...

i just couldn't leave without making sure i met you once more(:

Tuesday, 22 April 2008

ended the day with another pre-common test test, this time math...
i had to overcome the inertia of not having looked at calculus for at least a month and a half ever since finishing all my worksheets way ahead of schedule...
that concluded what was probably a rather stressful day, only because there was so much to do within such a short amount of time...
it began when chem pract ended really late, and i still didn't finish both practicals 20 minutes after the period ended...
then i had to rush down for a quick bite before heading up to meet mrs.m.goh for world lit 1 consultation, which was actually really useful, and after i hand in my third draft on friday, if my predicted grade is good, i'm ready for packing...
so that's my only major piece of work which i plan to finish today, apart from more math revision worksheets i did during the short study group after school...
tomorrow is studying for the english paper 2 test that i have on friday (otherwise known as my 18th birthday, so hopefully i get to write a good essay to celebrate it) since i'll be out on thursday night...

if i can survive this week, i'll just have to get through 2 major tests next tuesday and wednesday, and i can enjoy the 4-day week 7...

i'd answer every one of your questions if i could(:

Monday, 21 April 2008

the first of the pre-common test tests was held after school today - English A1 HL Paper 1, Unseen Written Commentary...
as promised, i stuck to Poetry, not even bothering to read the Prose passage, and something must be said about the poems they keep giving us - they're really not your average poems...
first it was Sandpiper, a poem about a bird that, in actuality, was a Blakian-naturalist commentary on the infinite truth or literature...
today's one was titled The Fish In The Stone, another deceivingly simple poem which you can read in one breath, but the ambiguity of its meaning opens it up to a million possibilities, some of which i mentioned in my own commentary, though i never did quite see its critique-on-literature trope which, coincidentally, was present in the previous test as well...
oh well, it was at the end of a long day and i was nursing a migraine, so i did what i could in what capacity i had...
i am proud of not making any penmanship mistakes - managed to blanko and write over whatever errors, so at least all 4 pages are uniformly (ok not quite, towards the end i was rushing so yeap) neat...
decided to take 74 with some of my classmates so i could chat for at least half my journey home, and that was when i decided to give myself a little pre-birthday gift - on a complete whim, i hopped off 74, jumped on a 174 and headed to plaza sing's sistic counter to buy a ticket to WE WILL ROCK YOU for the eve of my birthday...
i know i have a paper and everything the next day, but i've heard quite a bit about the show, so i thought i'd check it out...

so now its back to Calculus...
apparently we'll be getting the data booklet with all the formulae and everything...
any singaporean student who ever took A Math will tell you that that is tantamount to cheating - what the heck do you need to study if all the rules and stuff are right in front of you??
i went thorough two years of that, so i ain't complainin' about the test tomorrow...
apparently either one of the math tests on week 6 and 7 are con-camp liable, so can't screw either one up...
mercifully, there won't be a chem test...
so its econs on labour day eve, and history on week 7, then i'm done...

and i just gazed as you made your way across the road(:

Sunday, 20 April 2008

had the first musks gathering at sam's place after goodness knows how long, and it was as if nothing had changed...
30 sweet+spicy drumlets and other such pizza hut offerings while watching LOTR: 2 Towers, then table tennis in the attic, and finally some fifa '07 on the xbox...

just looked through the 2 written commentaries i've done this year so far, and i hope that in tomorrow's paper, i'll be able to pick up from where i left off last year and write a commentary that betters the two i've written this year, which were slightly under what i know i can get.. and i shall, adamantly, stick to poetry and not bother reading the prose, since i plan to do the poem in the IB exams anyway...
after the test tomorrow i think i'll skip the whole stay-back-in-school thing in exchange for time at home to go through Calculus for tuesday's math paper... if i have time i'll also make more headway into my math revision worksheets, although that might conflict with the calculus part of my brain...

it's week 6 ya'll, so try not to have to go for con camp in june yeah!

i agree/it was amazing(:

Saturday, 19 April 2008

finally got my hands on the studio recordings of the AMI top 12 performances, and as expected, David Cook's Always Be My Baby is just too awesome for words...
apart from that, i've also got Ashlee's Bittersweet World, which i don't think is as good as I Am Me, but better than Autobiography...
trying to finish my second try at Econs IA 5, and then start on the rest of the pile of math worksheets...

and you'll linger on/time can't erase a feeling this strong/
'cos you'll always be my baby.

Friday, 18 April 2008

so i missed my daily post yesterday 'cos i was really out of it after watching the later telecast of the AMI results since i stayed behind in school to finish the econs DRQ homework he set us...
i'm still not really sure how to answer it, but at least i tried...
the first hour or so after math i was in b3-02 with gerald, then after he left the only empty bench i could find was the one on our level, and so i stayed there for another 30minutes or so finishing up the 7-mark essay part before heading back...
that's kinda been the pattern of my week - stayed back on 4 days to do work, tuesday/wednesday at regular study group, yesterday with gerald, today with gerald/gen...
during the planning pract today i really had nothing to do, and as daryl puts it, i had to wayang in front of tkh so i wouldn't look so out of place, pretending to write stuff here and there and helping others out...
in the end i stayed till around 220 in the lab 'cos study group/lunch plans fell through, which on hindsight was a good thing 'cos, to my amazement, i finished my Paper 2 essay for next week...
something must be said about the writer's temperament - it is always in flux...
i managed to write out the first half in a breeze, then hit an absolute block, during which i had to walk around outside to shake it off, before i got back and finished the latter half...
also did one of the math revision worksheets from the second set he gave us, so that's a start...

this weekend is just my second try at Econs IA5, using the article mng personally delivered to my doorstep (ok not my doorstep, but to class during contact time in the morning)
additionally, i will have to mull over how to get the additional 10 hours of creativity and 1 service hour i need to complete my CAS requirements...
its annoying only being able to claim as much as some teachers think will look good rather than the hours i actually put in...

next week is the first week of the pre-common test tests, with english papers 1 and 2 and math...
i also happen to have an appointment with mrs.m.g to work on my world lit 1 draft 2, and perhaps world lit 2 draft 2 as well since i passed that to her in class the other day...

seeing as how the whole pon-and-you-die rule isn't as stringent as i first thought, i might just risk it one day next week when i don't have a test...
i kinda need a break, though i just might be able to hold out till week 8, who knows...

i turn 18 in exactly a week!

i'd give anything to be able to ask what you think(:

Wednesday, 16 April 2008

first off - OMG can David Cook just freakin' WIN AMI already, he is unbelievable!

finished World Lit Assignment 2 Draft 2 during study group today, and made a second visit to Broadway this week...
that leaves econs IA5 take 2 tomorrow, which i might be able to finish during the 3 hour break i have in the middle of the day...

i hope it wasn't awkward the way i left.

Tuesday, 15 April 2008

quite surprisingly, i'm ahead of my own schedule set for the week, thanks in part to a short but utterly productive study group session after math class...
instead of just finishing Draft 2 of my World Literature Assignment 1, i've finished the Chem Planning Pract we'll be having on friday...
so that leaves World Lit 2 Draft 2 for tomorrow, and Economics IA5 (take 2, 'cos of a rather unfortunate article the first time round) on thursday, and then i can start on the next round of math revision worksheets which, on the nice schedule Mr. Yap printed for us, is due next week...
i'm glad i could put a tick next to week 5's revision worksheets without looking at the worksheets since i already finished them in week 2...

making plans for the 25th!

thanks for making all the difference/i'd give anything to have you there.

Monday, 14 April 2008

add to my ABBCE a D for the pull-ups station, which basically means i need 6cm in the SBJ to get a silver...
so much for the hopes of getting a gold x)
wrote the testimonial for Mr. Quek during recess since we were released so early, and finished Draft 3 of my TOK essay during SL3 free period...
tomorrow's agenda includes chemistry planning practical which i've more or less finished already, just need to re-write it according to the format desired...
i should do that during SL3 free period, and then proceed to World Literature Assignment 1 Draft 2 during study group...

Spotted: B&H going all public in Citylink Mall post-rugby.

Sunday, 13 April 2008

so i just got a call from cheryl, our ever-burdened class chairperson, and she was going down the list telling everyone about monday's we're-gonna-get-screwed thing after chapel, and when i told her ty had already talked to me about the whole IFD nonsense, she was in a bit of a tizzle 'cos she and gerald had told him a different story from anne, and was worried that i would have given another slant to it...
it appears i didn't provide enough details to contradict them, so that shouldn't be a problem, and i've already told him my piece and he quite literally told me to make sure everyone's where they should be in his absence, at which point i put on my best yes-you're-right face and just went with it...
apparently he scolded matthew about it (that might have been who he was talking to outside the cpa, i can't quite remember who was in that group standing around), but i'm just glad he didn't "scold" me (its in quotation 'cos i can't quite imagine what it'd be like for him to actually do that to me), not because i'm terribly afraid of such chastising, but more because i would have been so shocked and double-snapped him with oh-no-you-didn't so fast it would have made his head spin, and that would have been a sight to see...
whatever, post-chapel tomorrow should give my day a little infusion of drama from, the get-go, and after that we'll all have a common topic to bitch endlessly about for at least a good week or two...

it's week 5 already, and i think i'll be staying back in school more or less everyday so i can finish up one of my second/third drafts in each sitting...
i'll start with the TOK essay tomorrow if i don't get it done by tonight...

all i see is you(:
just came back from dinner with Han An/Sean at Sushi Tei, Paragon followed by drinks at Starbucks, Wisma Atria...
ending my week over a cup of coffee is really relaxing, with time to chat and reflect...
last week it was over yoghurt at Frolick, and i should make this a regular thing...
keeps the hectic nonsense of school in check...

you're pretty good yourself(:

Saturday, 12 April 2008

though completely exhausted from the week that has passed, i'm pretty satisfied with how it went by...
while on the way to church for worship pract, i decided on impulse to head to the planetshakers concert instead, and it was quite a refreshing experience...
this was after spending the afternoon in school supporting justin/chunwui/matthew/gabriel who were representing point.nine at anglo-O's soccer... ya'll did really great guys! =)

a weekend of second/third drafts awaits...

pushing forward/arching back.

Thursday, 10 April 2008

instead of the expected 20 minutes of english, i got my TOK essay draft back, so i guess you could say my many hours in school today weren't completely wasted...
though school had ended, some of us were still in class doing work, myself working on the history presentation for tomorrow, when we were told that our international friendship day poster had to be finished in 10 minutes, and by some ridiculously nifty handicraft on the part of John.Chris and random pictures of spanish women, a poster was cobbled together just in time x)

school ends later tomorrow 'cos of the concurrent activity during white space...

so i've got to get a number of second drafts out this weekend, namely Econs IA 5, TOK Essay, World Literature Assignment 1 and World Literature Assignment 2...
live update:
so i was proven wrong, there are only 4 absentees from my class today, and paul tan has been asking me to try to get hold of gerald who is involved in some interview thingy, and i've so far not been able to reach him...

wireless in class, courtesy of nic...

Wednesday, 9 April 2008

after my third attempt, i'm finally done with chem pract 17, which is kind of the only the only thing i did when i stayed back with gerald/gen after school...
didn't get to meet the regular study group folks 'cos idol was on, so had to rush back...
had the photoshoot for the yearbook, where unfortunately cielo wasn't in attendance...
today certainly won't be as interesting as tomorrow, where i will be attending school from 730 to 340 (that makes about 500 minutes, plus minus) so i can have 20 minutes of english... that means i will be using 4% of my day productively, and which also explains why (allow me my crystal ball moment) there will be only HALF of the class in attendance tomorrow, similar to Founder's Day...
i'm not skipping because everyone's been slightly jittery about the rounds of "you're so screwed up" that ppl who've been completely useless this year have been subject to, and also 'cos i envision one of the days in week 7 would require my absence from school to cough up a really really good second World Lit Assignment 1 (and maybe Assignment 2) draft...

one more thing - picking up from where the "you're so screwed" thingy that's been going around, there are a significant number of ppl whose uselessness and disgusting attitude are giving everyone else who have been consistently submitting work of good quality a really hard time, as can be seen in today's PTM...
i fully applaud their actions against these offensive members of my year, and if they don't start making amends its gonna be a sucky year all around, something i know those of us who are ahead will not appreciate...

i was elated to hear you remembered/one day without you is one too many.

Tuesday, 8 April 2008

today was, after 10 hours of sleep, a much better day...
although Tuesday Week B is technically long and arduous, lessons passed by swiftly thanks to pretty informative lectures, do-it-yourself revision/test worksheets, preoccupied english teachers and statistical math (which is the farthest thing from the intellectual stimulation of Calculus as you can get)
as much as i knew it couldn't last, i didn't think my so-on-top-of-everything phase would end so soon - but it did, with the revelation that my World Lit assignment 1 oral draft is due in week 7, the second week of my pre-common-test tests...
so that, along with the need for a revamped econs IA 5, my third redoing of chem pract 17 and having to actually listen during math lessons after 13 weeks of self-work, i've gotta make sure everything works, especially since the exact scopes for the tests are being revealed...

during study group after school, i finished making notes and memorizing my numerical examples for the Comparative Advantage Theory econs test we're having tomorrow, and we had dinner at broadway thereafter...
the promotional prices end on 18th april, so i should think we'll be going there at least once more before the we lose the joy of $0.40 beverages...

what was starting out as an insufferable week is already looking up, since the first two days have passed by, and there PTM tomorrow, so history lesson is cut short, and there's LSY on thursday, meaning the only lesson i have is 40 minutes of english strand 2 and, gasp, PC...

and remember year 6 peeps - it's the YEARBOOK PHOTOSHOOT tomorrow!
like the only one that's ever mattered, seriously...

gotta get next to you(:

Monday, 7 April 2008

i was in such a funk the whole of today owing to having had just about 3 hours of sleep last night after finishing my Math Portfolio...
and as i'm sure you know, it's a terrible sensation...
first off, it makes you do really weird things like find non-existent mistakes in your work, causing you to make permanent marks on them and only realizing later that there was no need to and consequently having to print them out again...
also, it makes the day seem really short in hindsight, as you can hardly remember the details of what happened in the day, but it makes lessons seem unbearably long when all you wanna do is smack your head on the desk and nap the afternoon away...
to make matters worse, when you have PE in the morning which your body is completely unprepared for, you are unable to better the 214cm jumped in the previous attempt, leaving you with an unsightly E to add to the ABBC that you've already obtained, temporarily ruining your hopes of getting a silver/gold...

there's no end to the monday blues when you've got a serious lack of sleep...

you were the only thing worth coming to school for(:
OMG math portfolio!
ok so it really wasn't that bad since we were practically given the answers already, but i'm quite glad to have got it out of the way this weekend so my next 2 weeks are fully and earnestly devoted to my Common Tests in Week 6...
even thinking about how to reorganize my material is making my head spin, so i'll leave that till after school tomorrow during study group, and i think that will be enough to sap me of all energy that if i were to consider reading any of the material i might implode...

the question about whether i should skip a day of school next week is still unanswered...

it's week 4 ya'll have a good one =)

Saturday, 5 April 2008

about to head over to Holland Village for dinner with Han An whose coming from school after the interact conference...
its been a lazy saturday which could have been better spent (ie doing more than just looking through the Math Portfolio and setting out my next two weeks' worth of studying), but i guess that will be left to sunday...

its odd that whenever i feel like there just isn't enough time to take a break from all the stuff i do in school, the void just pushes me to fill it with more stuff so i don't feel bored...
apparently i'm no longer able to just not do anything and feel content about it...

Friday, 4 April 2008

so some of my classmates will be doing another 2.4 run tomorrow morning at 7am, and by right it should be illegal for ppl to get up to do anything so physically strenuous when even the sun hasn't fully risen... i'll have to see who else is going to consider dragging myself out of bed...
if i do go to school for that, i'll probably do my Math Portfolio there as well, as i had already planned to go to school for that purpose, and then join Han An for dinner after his conference...
the Portfolio, which is the same one Daryl and i found on Yahoo! Canada, is the only thing that i need to finish in order for my full attention to be directed towards revising for my Week 6 common tests, and if i'm able to, somehow, summon up the will to finish it my this weekend, it would make the next two weeks a lot more bearable on the study front...
and speaking of which, i stayed back with Han An/Sean for another study group session today after school while waiting for Deon to finish his Chinese A2 oral exam so we could head to Island Creamery...
and as if i needed it to be more daunting, the first dates for my common tests have been released - my English A1 paper 1 (unseen) will be on Monday during the EE period, while my Paper 2 (choose 1 of 3 questions) will be on MY BIRTHDAY...
and i assume the rest of my papers will be sandwiched in between those two days...

from two doors' down to one/i saw you through the windowpane(:

Thursday, 3 April 2008

went to school for 2 lessons today, and in the end even these weren't the conventional syllabus-style stuff i had been expecting...
watched more of the Jamaican show during econs, then had like 3 hours of break (including TOK) in which i did some of my Math revision worksheets which were given out yesterday...
then it was english pract, which instead was an hour's worth of poetry structure analysis, so no IOC done...
post PC, i had a snack in the SAC (my third time down there in the day) with some classmates before heading up to the usual b3 classrooms for study group with deon/han an...
finished up the rest of my Math revision worksheets, so i guess i could say i've started studying for my common tests in week 6 already =)
did a little more of my chem worksheet, and hopefully i'll be able to finish it tonight after Idol results...
oh and we had dinner at Broadway after study group, which is actually a nice, clean place with decent food and ridiculously cheap drinks during this opening promotional season...

assessed chem pract tomorrow, and Island Creamery after school...

you're just amazing in my eyes(:

Wednesday, 2 April 2008

a short but pretty productive day, even though study group was shortened dramatically due to poor attendance...
i finished my Econs IA 5 draft over the course of sl3/tok free periods and the hour i spent in study group, so that's out of the way...
so the only thing standing in the way of really bucking down to study for my week 6 common tests (the set of tests that will determine the con camp ppl in june) is the math portfolio i'll be getting on friday...
had the trial portfolio review today, and if it does turn out that the real thing is the question daryl directed me to on Yahoo Canada, i'd be mighty glad...
and that also means i'll be taking next week's tuesday, thursday or friday off in order to get it done...
hope 2 weeks (starting this saturday, or tomorrow perhaps) is sufficient to get a good grade in the common tests, i'm so not in the mood for school in june, be it for one subject or multiple...

its thursday tomorrow, and i only have econs and english, which are unfortunately split up so i can't go home early (plus there's PC, urgh), so if we do decide to have makeup study group it'll be good...

ok so time for a little bitchy rant, about 3 ppl in general -
1) when a teacher texts me to find him/her at a stipulated time at a stipulated venue, i'm always there on time, so it was to my horror that i rushed down after contact time to find him/her had disappeared prematurely... can you say irresponsible?
2) i had to see teacher #2 for the same reason, so i politely texted him/her the pervious day, and i only got a reply 24 hours later telling me to see him/her tomorrow, as if i'm supposed to some how miraculously take lesson time off...
3) most of my level's councillors are really responsible individuals, so when one stands out in the sheer ludicrousness of her lack of it, it really stands out... and i've heard so many ppl bitch about her before, and not handing in the english essay today kinda took the cake...
basically this exchange occurred earlier in the morning:
irresponsible girl and her sidekick, less irresponsible girl: have you done the essay
me: YES. have you?
girls (to themselves as if i wasn't there): it's like everyone has done it.
me: everyone HAS done it. it's been like FOREVER.

k quota of biAtch-dom for the day has been exhausted...

i'd stay behind with you whenever you want(:

Tuesday, 1 April 2008

just came back from dinner at Shanghai Ren Jia with han an where we had dinner after a rather productive study group...
i finished my Paper 2 essay, and i'm quite glad with the work i produced...
though i had 4hours40minutes of free period after history pract, it was basically time spent writing the beginnings of a really bad essay, so i'm glad i got the "useless time" out of the way so i could spend the next 2 hours or so writing a good one...
we finished just as the surcharge ended, so we cabbed to the restaurant...
on the lessons front, there wasn't much, apart from being reminded to do my Econs IA 5 draft, which explains why i'm searching for an article regarding the appreciation of the Japanese Yen right now...

Wednesday should be ok too, with a free period in the morning and study group in the afternoon before Idol at 6...

i hope i'm that type you like.
