i finished my Econs IA 5 draft over the course of sl3/tok free periods and the hour i spent in study group, so that's out of the way...
so the only thing standing in the way of really bucking down to study for my week 6 common tests (the set of tests that will determine the con camp ppl in june) is the math portfolio i'll be getting on friday...
had the trial portfolio review today, and if it does turn out that the real thing is the question daryl directed me to on Yahoo Canada, i'd be mighty glad...
and that also means i'll be taking next week's tuesday, thursday or friday off in order to get it done...
hope 2 weeks (starting this saturday, or tomorrow perhaps) is sufficient to get a good grade in the common tests, i'm so not in the mood for school in june, be it for one subject or multiple...
its thursday tomorrow, and i only have econs and english, which are unfortunately split up so i can't go home early (plus there's PC, urgh), so if we do decide to have makeup study group it'll be good...
ok so time for a little bitchy rant, about 3 ppl in general -
1) when a teacher texts me to find him/her at a stipulated time at a stipulated venue, i'm always there on time, so it was to my horror that i rushed down after contact time to find him/her had disappeared prematurely... can you say irresponsible?
2) i had to see teacher #2 for the same reason, so i politely texted him/her the pervious day, and i only got a reply 24 hours later telling me to see him/her tomorrow, as if i'm supposed to some how miraculously take lesson time off...
3) most of my level's councillors are really responsible individuals, so when one stands out in the sheer ludicrousness of her lack of it, it really stands out... and i've heard so many ppl bitch about her before, and not handing in the english essay today kinda took the cake...
basically this exchange occurred earlier in the morning:
irresponsible girl and her sidekick, less irresponsible girl: have you done the essay
me: YES. have you?
girls (to themselves as if i wasn't there): it's like everyone has done it.
me: everyone HAS done it. it's been like FOREVER.
k quota of biAtch-dom for the day has been exhausted...
