if there's one thing that i left with, it's realizing that celebrities, especially good ones with talent and come from the most amazing hit series in the world, are REALLY GOOD LOOKING...
i met sean about half an hour before 3, but we were really late already...
(bryan/shaunquek must have gone earlier to get spaces next to the red carpet, and i must get the video bryan has)
we decided to go upstairs to get a better vantage point, and while i sacrificed camera zoom clarity, not being blocked by so many ppl and not having to strain to see them was worth it...
and after an hour or so of waiting, they arrived!
and when they did, all 800 fans there went nuts... i have never seen so many digital cameras in the same place go off at the same time...
amidst all the screams, masi oka, ali larter, greg grunberg and sendhil ramamurthy smiled, waved and chatted for 10 minutes, and were then led off backstage for another 10 minutes...
a line instantly formed outside, in the hope of autographs, but it wasn't to be...
when they emerged, a human barrier of bodyguards formed, cornering the 4 of them to the side of the mall with shops as they walked the 80 metres out of the building...
and every inch of the way, the crowd followed with cameras flashing... the crowd on the second level followed their progress religiously, and it was fortunate that i was standing on the left of the building 'cos i was directly above them as they walked by...
and i must say that Ali Larter is gorgeous in person... she came from backstage with shades on, the epitome of celebrity class, and i had to take a second to breathe before snapping pics...
i cannot wait for season 2, and the bad thing it premieres a week before my exams...
nonetheless, HEROES trumps exams...
heck, i'd watch it even if there was an impending nuclear winter...
on a non-HEROES related note, britney's comeback single has been given a remix by T.I.
gimme more now sounds tonnes better, so go get!
