hi all you ppl out there...sry to not hv been blogging the past few days...have been to camp...Prefect nominees' selection camp...was a pretty tough 3-day thingy...but hey, i'm still alive, and so are the rest of them, sam, sean sebastian etc...was really a new experience for me...
The whole camp started out really harsh, and that pretty much set the whole mood for the rest of the duration...the first impression predominantly made by Russell Indran, camp commandant 2003...quick and sharp, he was really hard on the campers, hardly smiling like he normally does...but i guess its the duty of the figure of authority to be stern...but sometimes it was like, we were just there and he was like so dark-faced...hahas...anyways, he did a pretty good job...
But the most important, if not somewhat comical, was the fact that Russ lost his voice in the middle of the first day...it was pretty weird, but everything basically sorted itself out...so it was all fine in the end...
i really feel bad for some of the sec2s that they have too be in the camp while their counterparts are their evaluators...sighz...must be so unfair for them...
anyways, work beckons and i am really exhausted after rigorous cheering(poor sam, no voice)...so chowz...jlc
