after this morning's worship practice, i spent the earlier portion of the afternoon in town with Paul/Han An, having lunch at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao, Ngee Ann City, then a round of the shops there and in adjacent Wisma Atria, with breaks at Food Republic and The Coffee Bean, Wheelock Place... in particular, i was looking for possibilities for prom, which is only 5 and a half months away, which will feel like nothing since the IB exams will arrive in characteristically quick fashion, and i for one want this whole studying thing which i've been doing nonstop for the past 12 years to come to a hasty end... 

nonetheless, there were some nice samples to look at, and i need all the suggestions i can get because this whole prom thing is new to me primarily because, as an IP student from 2 IP schools, we don't quite have the privilege of being THE seniors until now... 

one more week of studying time, and my study pattern this time round has been slightly different from before - less tried and tested ingestion of content and more reading new material to spark new interpretations of content which, with a little bit of luck, i can still recall from my days both last year and during lessons this year...
