going to school today was a bit of a waste of time, since ty didn't have any comments for my IA apart from the stuff he'd written... he gave me a 16, which i can bump up to a 17 with no effort at all 'cos i lost 1 mark on Biblio, and i think i'd be happy with that mark... losing one mark each in criteria B/C/D seems fair, but i'll try to lose less if i can... 

i did get my Econs stuff from my locker, so if we don't have study group in school but somewhere else tomorrow, i wouldn't have wasted the trip down completely after all...

the MFA lecture was really a recount of the history of the Ministry, and the analysis of current world events took up the last 5% of the speech only, so it wasn't exactly what i was looking forward too... didn't stay around for the reception either (i know some ppl will kill me for it, 'cos it was the shangri-la after all) 'cos it was kinda awkward talking to all those MFA ppl during the cocktail reception before the lecture already, so i wasn't up for the whole smile-and-say-hi routine again... 

when i saw that it was from you, i could hardly contain my excitement at that unexpected surprise(:
