so i just did a spin around town, and like i concluded some time back, the GSS is really nothing to scream about...
so instead i rented john tucker must die, and its a pretty fun show... the best thing i took back from it was discovering matt willis, a really cool brit (jamie scott/oliver smith were also chanced upon watching movies, and britain really does have some of the best artistes) that looks like a grunge rocker but has a really nice pop tone...
hannah montana's second album is interesting in that it combines both her on-screen and real personas, and that it is LONG at 20 tracks...
characteristic of long albums is that sandwiched between good tracks are a tonne of 3-star mediocre offerings... but that said, there are some really great songs that let her country-esque voice shine...
fantasia's sophomore album is very hardcore r&b, like you can imagine her singing in da hood, but its not fantastic nor does it appeal to the mainstream... her debut Free Yourself was better coz it still had that american idol friendly feel about it...
alrite its back to the back-breaking in a few hours...
here's to the 3rd quarter
good and broken,
