so on friday when i was talking to jake/tiff about new music, they tsk-ed at my torrent downloading activities (and subsequently tiff asked for me to email the best damn thing to her, so it wasn't much of a tsk really)
but here's my caveat - i DO buy the albums once they come out...
the purpose of me downloading torrents is coz music premieres in aussie/theUSofA way before singapore, and i've always prided myself in not only knowing the dates of album releases, but being able to listen and give my own comments on them, and i can't do that if they're not out in stores here right? =)
but like i said, i'm not a bad person...
i've contributed to the Christian music industry all my life, and i make it a point to buy the CDs once they're out...
and in continuing this practice, i got 2 out of 3 of this year's releases today - Hillsong United's ALL OF THE ABOVE (i really wanted the DVD) and Planetshaker's NEVER STOP (i admit that i didn't know this was gonna be out so soon, and i had only just finished thoroughly listening to 2006's Pick It Up)
