so ends another season of american idol!
2005's winner is the amazing carrie underwood...
glad that she knocked out Bo Bice...
not sure what would have happened to the idol industry if he had won...
one downside is that the winner's single pales in comparison to last year's..
and vonzell didn't win of course... quite a pity, she was really fantastic...
the finale all in all was really pathetic...
albeit a few performances, namely carrie's "angels brought me here", vonzell's all star performance and bo's "sweet home alabama"...
i keep thinking of season 2 and 3 and wonder where all the excitement went...
there was so much hype, so many more good performances, and what was lacking this year was
1) the lack of past idols and finalists coming to perform, which is normally the best part
2) the lack of suspense given by ryan seacrest when announcing the winner...
so its pretty saddening...

but enough about that (though i can't wait for ami5!!)
got some other results back today...
bio i haf a 72% (43/60),
chem a 75% (30/40),
chinese 70% (56/80),
LA 76% (for the last assignment at least),
humans 89% (counting from the 23/25 for essay and 17/20 for test)
awaiting maths and my other chem paper that's coming tomo...
so far things seem pretty merry x))
but there's someone hu's getting higher than me in quite a number of subjects...
not sure who will top the class in the end...

went for camelot last nite...
was pretty cool by any standards... great acting... thanks michE!
last day of the first half of the year tomo...
its been an eventful 6 months...
alot of changes, alot of improvements, alot of setbacks...
there are really some times when i ask how things are going to turn out in the end..

humans are unpredictable creatures...
